DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

All orders are sent via either by Royal Mail 2nd Class or via courier.

Postage cost is capped at £2.95 for any amount of items ordered and free on orders over £50.

Wherever possible, we use recycled packaging for postage as we are very conscious of our environmental impact and trying to keep costs down to a minimum for you.

Collections

We love our local customers and offer collection at a convenient time to suit you! Select this option at checkout if you would like to collect your order from our home, based in Lingfield. All we ask is that you contact us via email or text (details are provided on the order confirmation email) to confirm when you will be coming so that we can make sure someone is home to greet you.

Return & Refund Policy

All of the items we sell are photographed by ourselves and represent a true image of the item you are receiving; however, in the very unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please get in contact with us within 14 days and we will do our utmost to resolve any concerns.
